In 1995, the Actes Sud editions publish their first books and, little by little, the desire to create, under the brand Actes Sud Junior, a real department is created.
In 2006, a page turns when Thierry Magnier joined the editions Actes Sud and took the direction of Actes Sud Junior while staying at the head of his house, Editions Thierry Magnier. Because it is not a question of merging, of confusing, but of leading two houses with their identity, their history and their authors who make it rich.
Turning a page is also opening up new perspectives, setting ambitions by focusing on creation and developing a dynamic youth sector, driven by the same spirit of delivering quality literature to readers, whatever their age…
